Situated on The Esplanade, our chefs believe that quality Australian produce is paramount, and the result is a refreshing menu based on modern Australian cuisine with European infl uences. Signature dishes include Chilli Blue Swimmer Crab Linguini and MSA Grade Nolans Beef sourced from Gympie.
Other specialities include Atlantic Salmon which is delivered fresh twice a week, fresh Oysters from the West Coast of Tasmania and our world famous Hervey Bay Scallops.
To accompany the diverse menu, the Bayswater Restaurant also carries an extensive list of beers, wines, dessert wines and cognacs which have been carefully selected to complement our food.
